Jonathan Mason
Managing Director
I have worked in education since 2001 within a range of varied roles from business support and mainly teaching. The most satisfying part of this has been teaching people with learning difficulties, which is where I found my true passion to provide opportunities for people to grow and develop their skills.
Whilst doing this I have always aimed to provide the best opportunities and experiences possible in a wide and varied range of subjects including cooking, shopping for daily living, life skills, fitness, sports, yoga, outdoor pursuits, PHSE, community work and much more. Within all these subjects I help people, by helping them develop skills and progress in whatever ways they can, however big or small. I aim to provide comfort for them to enable them to grow, feel safe and build their confidence in their own abilities, bring happiness to people, providing a service for families, providing opportunities to challenge and entertain these amazing people who all deserve to be offered more. Their joy is my passion.

Stevie Brown
Group Leader
I have worked in further education for 15 years, supporting young adults with a range of SEN needs. I started off as a student in 2007, moving on to becoming a Care Assistant and then became a Learning Support Officer. I currently hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and I am furthering my experience with the aim to be a qualified Level 5 Teaching Assistant by 2025.
I have always been very passionate about doing what is best for the person and about getting the best from them. I pride myself on my excellent communication skills and ability to form excellent professional working relationships with both the person and their families. I strive to stretch and challenge people to achieve and recognise their full potential.
I aim to provide 1:1 support, enabling professional relationships to flourish with the clients and their families, helping them to feel valued, supported and safe in a fun and exciting environment. It is so rewarding to see progression and personal growth, no matter how big or small, and it will be a pleasure to support the client on their new and exciting journey at Venture.
